* NUFF TINGS A GWAAN IN T-DOT *

Week Ending November 30,  2008
. . . .TORONTO — Between Friends:  Recruitment Drive — Like most individuals, the word "recruitment" is usually associated with 'employer seeking to fill vacant positions'. However, my observations have changed over the past three years. It appears that there are all types of "recruitment drive" being conducted in T-Dot —  there are recruitment for example: gay and lesbians, prostitutions, welfare, housing, drugs, alternative church types, and so on. Some of these 'recruiters' have devised ways to 'induct' one into these 'communities' including 'setting people up' with the authorities. Recruitment can take the shape of a 'staged disagreement'. Local authorities are called and the 'potential inductee' ends up in 'lockdown'. After that their life begins to spiral out of control — certain restrictions are placed on the 'potential inductee' which if not abided by will earn that person another 'lockdown' and so on. All assets are frozen, just in case one might decide to 'skip bail'. With no money, unable to get legal work and isolated because of  these restrictions, the 'potential inductee' may seek other means of employment. The 'recruiter' is now in control. They may suggest jobs like 'strip tease', 'exotic dancing', 'dealing drugs' or 'escort service'. Get the picture?  The phrase that comes to mind is "Sold into Slavery". Should the 'potential inductee' takes any of the jobs previously mentioned, that may lead to another 'lockdown'. The 'sucker' is in and he/she is not getting out. There will be numerous court dates on a weekly or monthly basis and still no job. Missed court dates are grounds to get a 'bench warrant' issued. They come to pick you up anytime of the day or night, anywhere. In certain courtrooms, no one wants to hear the truth. Signs of frustration and anger are now evident, they [authorities] begin talking 'mental illness' about you  — You have been setup!. . . .On the other hand, there are individuals who are appointed by the System to 'oversee' a person's life who abuse their 'power' by authorizing the disconnection of an individual's telephone - an essential service, and exercise other irrational actions. They may also remove valuables from homes and suggest limited contact with those who 'serve and protect'. These individuals are operating illegally within the System - corruption, collusion, identity theft, corporate fraud, liars. . . .[Kicker - Do you know who's paying the salaries and perks (cars, cellphones, apartments, petty cash, clothing expense, etc.) enjoyed by these individuals so that they can harass us? We are!] . . . .Until next week, Peace!

Week Ending November 22,  2008 .  .  . TORONTO — Girlfriend Talk: Have you ever walked into a person’s home where everything is neat and tidy — absolutely no dust or dirt — a well kept home.  Then you accidentally dropped something on the floor and when the chair skirt is lifted, lo and behold, seems they have been sweeping the garbage under the chair whenever they are expecting visitors — home appears clean, but dirty underneath. Some people are very good at keeping up appearances. These individuals never vacuum under beds or clean under anything. But “dirt” is everywhere, created by the universe and sometimes by the "system". One just can’t hide "dirt" underneath something — not the garbage on the streets or the people they put on the streets who are considered “dirt” by some.  .  . [those on the streets, winter is here, keep warm —some of you are millionaires and do not know it (read below)].  .  . Until next week, Peace!

Week Ending October 25,  2008  .  .  . TORONTO — Between Friends: Part 3 —  Unclaimed money .  .  . The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) is part of Ontario's Ministry of the  Attorney General. Several departments fall under the Attorney General’s office including the criminal law division, court services, family justice, victims and witnesses, police services, legal aid and many more. All these offices interact in one way or another.  Let’s talk about the OPGT which lists one of their role as protecting "mentally incapable" people by managing their finances as an “agent of last restort”. That is, there are no families or friends available who is capable of handling this task. The other department that falls under the OPGT is Accountant of the Superior Court of Justice where trust funds for children under the age of majority are held. It also serves as a depository for all monies, mortgages and securities paid into or lodged with the Superior Court of Justice — Unclaimed funds here too! Now, getting back to the OPGT. Everyone in Canada must have a Power of Attorney (POA). Especially children who are just reaching the age of majority. A Power of Attorney is a legal document that gives someone else the right to act on your behalf in case of illness. You can name someone to make financial decisions for you, such as paying your bills, with a continuing power of attorney for property. For personal care and health decisions such as where you live, what you eat or what medical care you will receive if you get sick or injured, you can name someone in a power of attorney for personal care. [This tip came directly from the OPGT website: No one can make you sign a power of attorney if you don't want to. But, if you don't choose one, the government may have to appoint someone to make certain decisions for you. It's better if you choose someone you feel you can really trust, who knows your wishes.] This document must be signed before one get sick. I know, “back home” it is a given that we take care of family, especially in sickness. However, this is your wake-up call. . . .Case book: An individual took ill. The Office of the Public Trustee, requested a Report Form 1, from a  physician, which is a declaration of incompetency. The physician complied. Evidence on the affidavit indicates that the physician did not assess or interview the individual prior to filling out and signing the powerful Form I. The Office of the Public Guardian requested the physician's misleading Form 1 at the court. This one page form will give direction to the court to remove all rights of the individual. It will deny the individual the right to bank account (all money), to determine where to live, what health care they may access (fix his teeth), to his personal documents, the right to retain legal counsel, to self-determination. The court will refer to him henceforth as the "estate of ". . . . Although the OPGT should only come into play as an “agent of last resort”, they don’t always abide by the Act governing their role. . . . Now, based on the above information, let’s head over to Courtroom 102 - Mental Health, and you will understand why we are all in freaking trouble. . . .Some people are “homeless” and “living in poverty” not because they are “poor” but because they are “victims” of this “wreckless” system. Imagine being unable to rent accommodation for $400 in a big City as Toronto. Not because one has no money, but in an effort to keep one homeless and seemingly “mentally incompetent” by walking the streets. The homeless and mentally ill are harassed daily by everyone. Those who are unable to accept their living conditions, get depressed, turn to drugs, alcohol, etc. In the long term, the System wins. Sane going in — insane coming out. There are some physicians whose determination of ones competency remind  me of the case of “world-renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Charles Smith whose botched autopsies and shoddy work implicated many innocent parents.” Protect yourself, family and your finances. [Incident: Once asked an officer for his badge number because he was using "foul language" and he arrested me under the Mental Health Act.] Say What! He never gave it to me — There are those who wear the badge with honour and then there are others. . . .Until next week, Peace!
